Can I bring my own garment for printing or embroidery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept customer-supplied garments for printing or embroidery. However, in such cases we cannot be held responsible if any damage occurs to the item.

Can I request a sample piece or a visual mockup?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for larger orders a sample piece or visual mockup can be requested, and the cost is included in the quote. If no mockup is requested, we cannot later accept complaints based on misunderstandings.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the quantity and whether embroidery or printing is used. Machine embroidery typically takes around 1 week. Simple small-batch printing is usually ready within 2–3 business days.

How long does shipping take on top of production?

Shipping adds 1–2 business days via courier on top of production time.

Question 5

Which couriers do you use and what are the shipping costs?

Accepted Answer

Orders are shipped via DPD / GLS. Cash on delivery: 2,350 Ft. Bank transfer in advance: 1,950 Ft. Larger orders receive custom shipping rates.

Is in-person collection available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Items can be collected from our workshop at Bojtár u. 39, weekdays between 7:00–16:30. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready. Uncollected items are held for 60 days.

What payment methods are available for in-person collection?

At the workshop you can pay by cash, card (Visa, Mastercard), or Apple Pay / GPay.

What should I know about bank transfer payments?

If paying by bank transfer in advance, the full amount must be received in the Pólóvarázs account before the items are collected.

Does the courier accept cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes: for cash-on-delivery shipments you can pay the courier (cash or card) — this incurs an additional fee of 2,500 Ft.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar product of comparable price, colour and size. If no suitable substitute can be found, we will notify you.

Can I request a refund or cancel my order?

Yes, for non-custom items you may withdraw from the order within 8 business days (or 14 calendar days) of receipt without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised, custom-made products.

What rules apply to sizing, washing and product colours?

T-shirt sizing varies by manufacturer; a 1–3 cm deviation is possible. Washing advice: inside out at 30–40 °C, wait 48 hours before the first wash, avoid bleach and tumble dryers, iron inside out with a protective cloth. Any hoop marks from embroidery can be removed by washing.

What printing technology do you use?

We use modern DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology, which enables photo-quality prints on almost any material with durable results.

What are the advantages of DTF printing?

DTF prints do not peel or fade even after many washes.

Can I request embroidery for a design created in your t-shirt designer?

Accepted Answer

The t-shirt designer tool is only for ordering printed garments. If you need embroidery, please send your designs via the quote form on the quote page.

What data do you store and why?

We only store personal data necessary to fulfil your order (name, address, contact details). We do not share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

How do you handle uploaded images / artwork?

Accepted Answer

Uploaded images are not shared with third parties. The uploader must confirm that the design does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate any legal requirements.

What laws govern your data handling?

Our data handling is governed by Hungarian legislation (e.g. Act CXII of 2011 – Info Act). You may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
